We are officially on the list as number 2 for a baby girl. We know who the number 1 people for a girl are on the list and they are great people. Our coordinator, Nancy, says their are 6 babies in the program to be born from now until December. Hopefully one of these babies will be our little girl, better sooner than later. The waiting at times is unbearable but other times, I cannot believe we will have a little girl bringing joy into our lives.
Our fabulous, friend and baby girl's godmother, Linda, and, our friend, Anna gave us a baby shower on July 10th which we enjoyed with 25 of our friends. It was a lot of fun and we got some fabulous, adorable gifts for our baby. It really brought home that we will be parents soon. Hopefully baby girl will be a girlie, girl since her wardrobe is clearly girlie pink. I will share pictures soon

... and what a lucky little Marshian she is. What lucky parents you are. Just think, you and Wayne will be parents in 2010! This will be the best Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year ever! (It will also be the sleepiest.)
